orders & payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Prices are shown in euros and may exclude local import duties or taxes. Because many objects are one-of-a-kind, placing an item in your bag does not reserve it.

We may contact you to verify order details before dispatch. If an object becomes unavailable after purchase, the full amount will be returned through the original payment method.

shipping & delivery

Available objects are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and may vary by destination, customs processing and carrier conditions.

Every sculpture is packed individually using protective, recyclable materials wherever possible. Tracking details are shared after dispatch.

returns & exchanges

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Objects must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original protective packaging. Return shipping costs are normally the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact the studio before returning an item. Custom or commissioned work cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged.

handmade objects

Variations in grain, colour, tool marks and measurements are part of the character of hand-carved ebony. These natural differences are not considered faults. Product photographs aim to represent each object accurately, but screens and lighting can affect appearance.

privacy

Information submitted through the store is used only to fulfil orders, answer enquiries and provide updates you explicitly request. We do not sell personal information.
